We will enjoy a cup of Cacao together as part of a Cacao ceremony and a meditation as we honour this beautiful heart opening plant medicine.
Sarah will also talk about what a Labyrinth is and how walking a Labyrinth can aid healing, bring inner guidance and peace into your life. You will also have an opportunity to walk Sarah's portable Labyrinth to experience this first hand."
