CURCUIT TRAINING WITH S J FITNESS

Tuesdays: 18.30pm - 19.30pm

A perfect boot camp to get fit.


Every Tuesday evening, I will be delivering a circuit training class within Scotch Lodge’s brand new converted barn. The circuit will combine strength and cardio with the use of body weight and resistance exercise for a total body strength and conditioning work-out.

This will be a fun way to get back into fitness, and all abilities are most definitely welcome
