At the start, Tracey will guide you through a moving meditation where you will be standing and gently moving your body to help you to open and rejuvenate your heart, body and soul. It will support your inner balance and well-being.
You will then lay down, get comfortable, relax.. and enjoy the uplifting healing vibrations from these Ancient gongs. Tracey will take you on a wonderful journey, where you will reach a deep relaxation and natural healing, as these vibrations bring the body back into balance and harmony, creating a greater overall state of peaceful stillness, contentment and well-being.
The vibrations from these Ancient gongs are absorbed throughout the entire body, and can shift stagnant energies. Gong baths are often described as having transformational effects on body, mind and spirit and the only way to understand is to experience it.

• Yoga mat, that is comfortable to lay on.
